1976

The Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) story began on 21st April 1976

1977

The company commenced production.

1990

The three dairy companies merged into one to officially form SADAFCO

2005

An initial public offering (IPO) on 23rd May 2005 led to the Company’s listing on the Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange, Tadawul

2016

SADAFCO launched its solar panels project to supply its regional center in Riyadh with solar energy and was one of the first companies to adopt solar energy projects. From producing long life milk initially to diversified product portfolio

2018

SADAFCO acquired 76% of Poland’s Mlekoma at SAR 120 mln

2019

SADAFCO completed Jeddah Central Warehouse, the largest in the company’s network, is now operational. The facility has a capacity up to 42,000 pallets, and total building, automation & semi-automation, and engineering & equipment costs amounted to around SAR 145 million.

2020

SADAFCO opened the largest Ice Cream Factory in the middle east under the auspices of HE Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef

2022

SADAFCO lunched its first Sustinability report along with signing its first CSR agreement.
