The Saudia Falcons (Tamheer)
The Saudia Falcons (Tamheer) program comes as a unique on-the-job training experience. The program aims to empower young graduates, as well as those who have already worked and are still looking to explore new experiences.
The program, which extends for a period not exceeding six months, offers a golden opportunity for aspiring candidates to gain the necessary skills and experience that will enable them to integrate and contribute effectively in the labor market.
Through this initiative, SADAFCO emphasizes its commitment to supporting Saudi youth and contributing to the development of their careers. In the first edition of the program, 50% of the participants were employed.
Who can apply for the Saudi Falcons program?
- Must be of Saudi nationality.
- The applicant must have a diploma (technical, health or administrative) or a bachelor's degree or higher.
- The applicant must not have been registered in the social insurance systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for any job during the three (3) months preceding the application or has been registered for more than one year.
- The applicant should not have benefited from the Tamheer program previously.
- The age should not exceed 30 years.
Benefits of the program
financial rewards
A financial reward of (3000) riyals per month for the trainee holding a bachelor's degree and above, and a financial reward of (2000) riyals per month for the trainee holding technical, health and administrative diplomas, provided by the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) to the trainee.
